Maison Lumière
A candle-lit dining room in the heart of the old quarter, where every plate tells a story of season, craft, and the memory of a Provençal kitchen.
Notre Histoire
Half a century of fire and patience.
When chef Antoine Marchand opened the doors in 1972, his only ambition was to serve the food he grew up with — bouillabaisse on a Sunday, tarte tatin in October, a glass of rosé when the sun was generous. Three generations later, the brigade still chooses each ingredient with the same stubbornness.
— Antoine Marchand III, Chef de Cuisine

Ce que disent nos hôtes
Témoignages
An evening that felt borrowed from another century. The duck made my mother cry — in a good way.
— Camille R., Lyon
The bouillabaisse is a religious experience. Book six weeks ahead, sit by the window, order the Sancerre.
— David O., London
The tarte tatin alone is worth the trip. The whole meal made me re-evaluate every restaurant I've ever loved.
— Sara M., Amsterdam
