Three rituals, one obsession
Every cup you brew at home goes through the same three steps at the roastery.
Sourcing
We meet farmers, taste lots, and pay above market for the parts of the harvest that excite us.
Roasting
Daily 5kg drum batches, profiled by Cropster. Every bag is dated and tasted before it ships.
Cupping
Brewed back-to-back on the same V60 setup so changes you taste come from the bean, not the gear.
A roastery built on Saturday-morning batches.
We started Brewline because we couldn't find coffee in Rotterdam that tasted like the ones we brewed on origin trips. So we bought a 5kg drum, leased a corner of a bike shop, and started roasting Saturday mornings. Eight years later we ship to 1,400 households a week and we still cup every batch before it leaves the warehouse.
